loving Him MORE

As I was worshipping during yesterday's prayer meet, I knew I got to love God MORE!

When you really really love someone...
- You'll smile sillyly at the thought of him
- You'll sacrifice all your time just to meet him
- You'll go an extra mile even though he didn't ask for it
- You'll be reminded of him, no matter what you see
- You'll have this uncontrollable urge to hug him tightly
- You'll always call on him at the peak & rockbottom of your mood
- etc.

Some people say,
when you're in love with your boyfriend/girlfriend, it's something like how much God loves you.
And you should love God back in the same way.

I feel that God loves us SOOOOOOO much MORE!!!
Beyond how much our partner loves us,
beyond how much our friends love us,
beyond how much our parents love us.
When God first create Adam,
He knew that Adam will sin,
He knew that His son, Jesus, must die for our sins.
Yet God still chosed to love us and give us life.

I love God!
I love Jesus!
I love Holy Spirit!
BUT I wanna love Him MORE!!!

I want to love God beyond my love for anything in the world!
More than my parents
More than my friends
More than my boyfriend
More than my teens & youths
More than my servings
More than my potato & Calbee
More than chocolate
More than money
More than my life.

wedding dinners are so boring.
wad's up with the craze about sharkfin, abalone and how many buddha jump over the wall?

The old 'C' girls and I always talk about the unique dinner we can have. I think we were a bit feverish about Chicken Rice then.

It's a new beginning!

Guess what I brought back with after E^3 camp and prayer meet yesterday!

It's a NEW LIFE!

I'm so excited about my new life now!
I guess it's gonna be so different.

Have you ever got this feeling that no matter how hard you strive to seek God, you still remain stagnant?
You heard Him and felt Him in worship and prayers, but still after that, nothing seems to change?
That was what I felt!

But you know, the key to breakthrough is to truly repent of my sins and be determined to plant myself in the Word of God!
Now, I feel so different! And I am different!

I am springing forth like a bunny on springs!
Happily bouncing around in the garden His Spirit surrounds.
What is this joy bursting out of me?
It's so overwhelmingly consuming me.

I love this NEW LIFE!

My Vacation

So wads up in my 3-mth hols?

1. PLAY!
a. Boardgames
b. Science Center outing
c. many 21st celebrations
Well, it's the company that matters.

2. Work!
a. 3-day surgical mask packer
b. Care Ambassador @ TTSH
To explain a bit, my job is to care and assure patients of their well-being in the hospital. I truly enjoy this job. You get to meet new people every day, get to assist them in their problems, handle complaints and unhappiness, and get to be appreciated for my efforts. I get a lot of satisfaction every day! It's a truly fabulous thing to enjoy my work! Thank you God! =)

3. Serve!
a. God's given privillege to lead worship for GDOP
b. And Mission Sunday
I always feel very inadequate, but God still use me to honour Him. =)

4. Camp!
a. RYM Youth Camp (a part of the committee =))
b. NUS Psych Camp
This is my 1st attempt to join a camp in NUS. Hoping to know more people.

5. Others
a. Being a research assistant.
It's not really a job, though I will get some credits. It's more for the experience to expose myself to the real psychology research field.
b. Korea trip!
God called me to this trip. Why? I dunno, He will reveal things at His own timing.
And I strongly believe He will provide! But how? I dunno, He does things beyond my understanding. =)

It has been an exciting vacation for me. I'm loving it. =)
